How to Rent

  1. Go on over to Shop or use the Search Bar to search or select the items that you wish to rent by clicking Add to Cart.
  2. Click View Cart to view and edit your selection. When you are done, click Checkout.
  3. Once in check out, first time users will be asked to fill out their details and contact information.
    Note: You will only need to do this ONCE, as the system will automatically create an account for you to be used in future transactions. You will be asked to create a password along with the email that you entered as your account login.
  4. Don’t forget to enter an applicable coupon or discount code by clicking on Click here to enter your code.
  5. Select your preferred method of payment by clicking on the selections at the bottom of the page.
    NOTE: We accept Credit , Debit , Online Banking, E-wallet, and OTC payments.
  6. Once that’s done, click on place order. You will receive a message on our site saying that your order has been received. You will also receive this via email.
  7. Please wait while we review your booking. Note that we may change or adjust your booking depending on caretaker/ crew requirements and equipment availability.
    Rented equipment requires caretaker/s crew with corresponding fees.
    You may opt not to get a caretaker but we shall require renters to leave a valid passport which will be returned after the rental period.
    (Valid Philippine Passport for locals, Valid foreign Passport for foreigners).
    Waiving of caretaker requirement is at the sole discretion of IM Rentals management.
  8. Once done, we will send you an email and an updated invoice. You may also view this on your account page on our website.
  9. You can now proceed to payment using your preferred payment method. After payment, take a photo or screenshot of your receipt or proof of payment.
  10. On the website account page, click on view on the corresponding booking. Then upload a screenshot or photo of your receipt or proof of payment Kindly wait for our email for confirmation. Please keep your lines open as we will be contacting you soon to coordinate the time and details of your rental.
  11. After your rental, return the equipment at the agreed upon date and location. Should you wish to avail of the same equipment again, you may login and use the orders page. Click on your previous order and then click on Order Again
