1. All rented equipment shall, by default, require a designated caretaker or production crew from IM Rentals, subject to applicable fees. The Client may request a waiver of this requirement; however, approval shall be at the sole discretion of IM Rentals and may be subject to additional conditions.

2. If a waiver is granted, the Client voluntarily agrees to provide one (1) valid, original government-issued ID to IM Rentals as security for the entire rental period. The ID shall be returned only upon complete and timely return of all rented equipment in good condition.

IM Rentals shall exercise reasonable care in safeguarding the ID and shall be liable only in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.

Accepted IDs are strictly limited to:

• 2.1 Philippine Driver’s License (subject to verification via the LTMS portal)
• 2.2 Philippine Passport

The Client warrants that the ID is authentic, valid, and issued in their name. IM Rentals reserves the right to verify and refuse any ID that cannot be authenticated.

In all cases, the individual presenting the ID must be:

• 2.3 (a) the same person named as the Client in this Agreement; or
• 2.4 (b) a duly authorized representative of the Client, presenting their own valid ID together with written proof of authorization acceptable to IM Rentals.

3. One (1) rental day is equivalent to 16 hours only, starting from pickup time until the equipment is returned. Overtime fees apply for both equipment and staff.

4. Transportation and proper meals/beverages for the production team must be provided by the Client unless otherwise agreed.

5. The Client is liable for any damage, accidents, or loss unless caused by IM Rentals crew/caretaker.

6. All files, media, and storage cards shall be deleted and reformatted upon return of equipment. The Client is solely responsible for copying or backing up files unless otherwise agreed.

7. A 30% cancellation fee shall be charged for rentals canceled within 12 hours of the agreed pickup time, and a 50% cancellation fee shall be charged for rentals canceled within 6 hours of the agreed pickup time.

8. Upon signing this contract, the agreed down payment shall be collected by Independent Minds Productions. Full payment is due on the rental day unless otherwise agreed.

9. Late fees or penalties shall apply for delayed payments.

10. Check payments must be made payable to IMx Innovations Inc.

11. Cost estimates and quotations are valid for a period of thirty (30) days.

12. Data Privacy: In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), the Client consents to the collection and processing of personal data from the submitted ID solely for identity verification and enforcement of this Agreement. IM Rentals shall implement reasonable safeguards and retain such data only as necessary or as required by law, subject to the Client’s rights under applicable data privacy laws.
